Litigation Funding and ATE Insurance for Commercial Litigation

• Case Funding - for CFA, Part CFA or Non CFA Funded cases
• Commercial Litigation Only - draw down of up to 60% of WIP and disbursements commercial litigation cases
• Cases must have minimum 70% prospect of success
• Quantum should be in the range from £500,000 to £10,000,000
• High ratio of damages to costs e.g. 5:1 plus
• Possible ATE Insurance cover for part own costs and all adverse costs
• Funding of Insurance Premiums - Funding available or Deferred Conditional Premiums
• Litigation target (Defendant or Claimant) must be secure as regards ability to settle costs if case is successful
